In 1971, we established an employee leasing business, Labor Services Company, catering to the needs of the transportation industry, specifically private carriers.

In the mid-1980s, we established Allstate Delivery Service.

As deregulation began to affect private carriers, we were able to provide a cost effective way to handle their transportation needs. Both Labor Services Company and Allstate Delivery Service expanded as a result.

Both companies are under the umbrella of Physical Distribution Services, Incorporated.

We currently have staffed offices in Minneapolis, MN and Indianapolis, IN and employees in 13 states, including warehousemen, mechanics and general servicemen, in addition to truck drivers.
