Since Larson Transfer & Storage Company was a unionized operation, we could not compete after deregulation occurred in 1980. Because of that, in the mid-1980s we established Allstate Delivery Service to bid on business we were unable to approach through Larson Transfer & Storage Company.
As deregulation began to affect private carriers we were able to provide a cost effective way to handle their transportation needs. Both Labor Services Company and Allstate Delivery Service expanded as a result.
We currently have staffed offices in Minneapolis, MN and Indianapolis, IN and employees in 13 states, including mechanics and general servicemen in addition to truck drivers.
